A2. Can I buy this lighting directly from you – the manufacturer?
We make fantastic lighting but we team up with distributors so that experts can handle your shopping and delivery experience. Very few manufacturers are good retailers. It’s in your best interest to buy Troy Landscape Lighting from retailers who can demonstrate our products, answer your questions, and assist you with the right selection for your project. We know they will do a better job for you.
A3. How do I find a Distributor?
Go to the Find Distributor section on the left Nav-bar, and provide us with information on where you are located. We will forward information on authorized dealers in your area.
A4. How do I get replacement parts?
Please contact the distributor where you purchased the item. They will work with our factory to ensure you get the right parts.
A5. Are assembly and installation
instructions included?
Yes. All instructions are enclosed in our cartons. Typically in the package that includes all the hardware and/or parts. You will be happy to know that most of our products require little to no assembly.
A6. How can I bookmark a fixture on this web site?
To correctly bookmark items to refer back to later, you must create an account and add them to your wish list. Each of our companies websites has different databases; you must open a separate account for each individual website. Your username and password may stay the same.
